Eating Disorders are serious but treatable mental illnesses that can affect anyone regardless of gender, age, racial and ethnic identity, or socio-economic background. Too many people with an eating disorder are never diagnosed but suffer significant personal and family distress. It's important to destigmatize, so people can take positive actions and get the help they need to make the most of their potential.

She has worked extensively with clients with a history of trauma and is currently also a therapist at the AMA Counselling Centre.
