AMA will supply the kickboxing pads, sisters will need to bring/buy their own Boxing Gloves (for hygiene purposes and not MMA gloves for safety reasons). Please bring your own Water Bottle and comfortable workout clothes.

Program: Sisters Fitness Kickboxing Classes

Location: AMA Community Centre, 1216 Hunt Club Road

Dates: Tuesday's: July 9 - July 30 (4 classes)

Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Age: 15+

Cost: $20 (only $5 per class)

Instructor: Sister Lina Wen

The maximum capacity of registrants is limited and walk-ins are not accepted, however, we will offer another session in the fall, Allah willing.
