Virtual Women's Fitness Class

Are you looking to get healthier with minimal effort? Join us and our instructor, Dianne Thompson, to get fit from the comfort of your own homes!

Here are the details:

Dates: Every Tuesday and Thursday from September 10 - December 19

Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Instructor: Dianne Thompson

Location: Online via Zoom

Cost: $90 for 30 classes. That's $3 per class only!
