This market is part of our annual Islamic Heritage Month celebration, with this year’s theme: “Pioneering Muslim Communities in Canada ~ Cultivating Spaces for Comfort, Growth, and Learning Over Time.”

The Fall Market will showcase a diverse range of entrepreneurs, artists, and small business owners — from clothing and food to art, wellness, and more.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday October 25th, 2025
• Venue: AMA Community Centre (1216 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V 2P1)

Event Hours:

• Set-up Time: 11:00 AM
• Tabling: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Takedown: 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Registration Fee: $100

Important Notes & Guidelines

1. Outdoor Event – The Fall Market will be held outdoors; please plan accordingly for weather conditions.
2. Provided Equipment – One standard 6ft table will be provided per vendor with 2 chairs and a 10' x 10' tent.
3. Additional Equipment – Vendors are responsible for bringing their own secondary tables/chairs.
4. Portable Power – Vendors must bring their OWN portable power source (if needed). No power will be provided on-site.
5. Cooking Restrictions – Strictly NO cooking or use of open flame is permitted on-site. Pre-packaged or prepared food items are welcome.
6. Set-up & Takedown – Vendors must be fully set up by 12:00 PM and remain until 5:30 PM.
7. Cancellations – Fees are non-refundable.
8. Clean-Up – Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area at the end of the event.
