Keep your skills sharp and your spirit high this Ramadan. Join our brothers-only Jiu-Jitsu program designed specifically for those who are fasting. This session focuses on technical precision, fluid movement, and brotherhood in a low-intensity environment that respects your energy levels.
Whether you’re looking to maintain your progress from the previous program or start fresh, these weekend sessions are the perfect way to stay active while you fast.
To accommodate the change in prayer times and the fasting day, please note the shift in schedule halfway through the program:
Phase 1: Feb 21 – March 2 Saturdays & Sundays: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Phase 2: March 8 – March 15 (Post-Daylight Savings) Saturdays & Sundays: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM insha’Allah
Fasting-Friendly Intensity: We’ve adjusted the pace. Expect "light rolls," technical drilling, and mobility work that won’t leave you burnt out before Iftar.
All Skill Levels: Beginners and experienced practitioners are all welcome to join the mats.
