AMA is excited to announce our upcoming Eid Al-Adha Festival & Bazaar on the day of Eid (tentatively May 26 or 27). We are looking for vendors to help make this celebration a success!

We welcome a wonderful selection of cultural foods, refreshments, clothing, Islamic merchandise, children’s toys, henna artists, specialty desserts, and more.

Date: The Day of El Eid

Time: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: AMA Community Hall (1216 Hunt Club Rd)

Vendor Booth Cost: $150 (Please purchase one ticket per booth.)

Vendor Agreement

1. AMA reserves the right to remove any vendor whose products are deemed unsuitable for our community.

2. AMA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing items belonging to vendors during the bazaar.

3. AMA is not liable for any customer disputes.

4. Vendors must set up their table(s) between 12:00 PM and 1:45 PM.

5. Vendors are required to remain at the bazaar until the event concludes at 8:00 PM. Please ensure you have enough inventory available for sale throughout the entire event.
